The Annual Folk Alliance International Conference is the largest gathering of folk musicians and music industry professionals in the world.

Roisin has been involved with Folk Alliance International since 2024, when the conference was taking place in Montréal, Quebec. As their Volunteer Coordinator for the 2025 (Montréal) and 2026 (New Orleans) conferences she was responsible for the outreach, scheduling, training and onsite problem solving of 160+ volunteers and crew leads each year.
